• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept payments through Paystack and other authorized payment methods
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Additional fees may apply for changes or cancellations

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider:

• Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies
• Hotel cancellations must be made according to the hotel's cancellation policy
• Tour packages have specific cancellation terms outlined at booking
• Refunds are processed within 14-21 business days
• Service fees are non-refundable

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. We can assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval. Check entry requirements for your destination well in advance of travel.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is your responsibility and is not included in our service fees.

6. Liability

As Faar Travel & Tour acts as an intermediary between you and service providers:

• We are not liable for actions or omissions of third-party service providers
• We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by third parties
• Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the operation of our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law
